The Board of Ocean Wilsons Holdings Limited confirms the dividend of 38.0 cents per share previously announced on the 28th March 2011 to be paid 31 May 2011.

Where the shareholders have not elected to receive dividends in US Dollars the Company will translate the US dollar amount into sterling at the closing USD / GBP exchange rate on 13 May 2011 which was $1.6180 giving a dividend in sterling of 23.4858p per share
