Final Dividend Payment Date and Record Date
The Board is recommending a final dividend of 38 cents per share for the year ended 31 December 2010 to be paid on 31 May 2011, to shareholders on the register at close of business on 13 May 2011, making a total dividend for the year of 42 cents per share (2009: 42 cents per share). For those shareholders receiving dividends in Sterling, the US dollar dividend will be converted by reference to the exchange rate applicable to the US Dollar on the dividend record date.
