Ocean Wilsons Holdings Ld17 November 2005 Correction to the payment date: The Company intends to pay an interim dividend of 2.00cents per share on 30November 2005 to shareholders on the register at close of business on 11November, 2005. Shareholders will continue to receive dividends in sterling determined byreference to the exchange rate applicable to the US Dollar on the dividendrecord date, except for those shareholders that elect to receive dividends in USdollars Where the shareholder has not elected to receive dividends in US Dollars theCompany will translate the US dollar amount into sterling at the closing USD / GBP exchange rate on 11 November 2004 which was $1.7390 giving a interimdividend in sterling of 1.150p per share.
