Dividend Timetable

Ocean Wilsons Holding Limited (the "Company"), announced on 22 March 2024 that the Board has proposed a cash dividend of US 85 cents per ordinary share, which will be paid on 14 June 2024.

The dividend timetable is as set out below:

Ex-dividend date:	16 May 2024
Record date:	17 May 2024
Payment date:	14 June 2024

Where shareholders elect not to receive dividends in US Dollars, the Company will translate the US Dollar amount into sterling at the closing GBP / USD exchange rate on 17 May 2024.
