Ocean Wilsons Holdings Limited

As previously announced, the Company intends to pay an interim dividend of 4.00 cents per share on 30 September 2011 to shareholders on the register at close of business on 2 September 2011.

Where shareholders have not elected to receive dividends in US Dollars the Company will translate the US Dollar amount into sterling at the closing USD / GBP exchange rate on 2 September 2011 which was 1.6214 giving an interim dividend in sterling of 2.4760p per share.
