Ocean Wilsons Holdings Limited announces that it has received notification the following transaction relating to ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"):

Mr. C Maltby, a Director of Ocean Wilsons Holdings Limited, purchased 3,000 shares at £8.55p per Ordinary Share on 31st March 2015.

Following this transaction, Mr. C Maltby's total beneficial holding in the Company is 8,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.023 per cent. of the Company's issued Ordinary Share Capital.

The notification of this transaction is to satisfy the Company's obligations under the Financial Services Authority Disclosure and Transparency Rules 3.1.2 to 3.1.4.
