On 4 April 2017, Ocean Wilson Holdings Limited (the "Company") was notified that William Salomon, Deputy Chairman of the Company, had disposed of a part of his indirect interest in 4,435,064 ordinary shares of 20 pence each in the share capital of the Company (the "Shares") to, among others, Emma Georgina Salomon, a person closely associated with William Salomon. William Salomon remains beneficially interested in all of the Shares.
