Auditor Appointment

Ocean Wilsons Holdings Limited (the "Company") is advising shareholders that Ernst and Young LLP ("EY") has recently resigned as the Company's auditor as EY has determined it would not be independent for the Company's 2021 audit. The Company today announces that the Audit Committee has recommended, and the board of directors of the Company has approved, the appointment of KPMG Audit Limited Bermuda ("KPMG") as the Company's independent auditor with effect from 21 October 2021 until the conclusion of the Company's annual general meeting in 2022.
