Speculation re: possible partial realisation of OCIL's indirect investment in Time Out Group
Oakley Capital Investments Limited (AIM: OCL, "OCIL"), the AIM-listed company established to provide investors with access to the investment strategy being pursued by the Oakley Capital Private Equity Funds, has been informed by Oakley Capital Limited, OCIL's Investment Adviser, that it has commenced a process of review of the investment in Time Out Group ("Group") which may or may not lead to the partial sale of the Group at a valuation that could be enhancing to the Net Asset Value of OCIL.
There can be no certainty that any such sale of a partial stake in the Group will complete or as to the terms on which any partial sale might be made.
