Capital Commitment to Oakley Capital Origin Fund

Oakley Capital Investments Limited1 (the "Company"), a listed investment vehicle providing investors access to the Oakley Funds2, is pleased to announce that at this time it has made a commitment of €75 million to the Oakley Capital Origin Fund ("The Origin Fund"), the latest Oakley Capital fund. The Origin Fund will follow the same investment strategy as the existing Oakley Funds but will focus on private companies in the lower mid-market, with enterprise values of up to €100 million. The Origin Fund's typical investment size will be between €10 million and €50 million.

2 The Oakley Funds

Oakley Capital Private Equity L.P. and its successor funds, Oakley Capital Private Equity II, Oakley Capital Private Equity III and Oakley Capital IV are unlisted mid-market private equity funds with the aim of providing investors with significant long-term capital appreciation. The investment strategy of the Funds is to focus on buy-out opportunities in industries with the potential for growth, consolidation and performance improvement.
