Ocado Group plc (the "Company") announces that it has received notification of the release of a security interest over the ordinary shares in the Company held by Tim Steiner, Chief Executive Officer of the Company. As announced on 28 November 2016, the security interest was granted in connection with a loan taken out for the purposes of settling obligations under a divorce judgment that was made by an order of court. The loan has been repaid and consequently the security interest has been released. There is no change in beneficial ownership of the shares.
