PDMR Dealing / Grant of Share Options
Oxford BioDynamics Plc (AIM: OBD, the Company), a biotechnology company developing precision medicine tests for immune health based on the EpiSwitch® 3D genomics platform, announces that it has today granted a total of 1,857,500 options over its ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"), to certain Group employees, including 250,000 options to each of directors Chief Scientific Officer, Dr Alexandre Akoulitchev and Chief Financial Officer, Paul Stockdale and PDMRs Chief Operations Officer, Thomas Guiel and Chief Data Officer, Dr Ewan Hunter. The options were granted under the Company's 2016 Employee Share Option Plan with an exercise price of 18.9p per share, being the closing share price on 8 November 2022, the day immediately preceding the date of grant of the options.
The options will vest in three equal tranches on the first, second and third anniversaries of the date of grant. Vested options will remain exercisable up to and including the tenth anniversary of the date of grant.
Following this grant, the individuals referred to above hold options over Ordinary Shares and are interested in Ordinary Shares as follows:
