Notification of Transactions by Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility and Person Closely Associated with Them
The following notification is made under article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation. On 7 April 2021 the following PDMRs acquired shares in NEXT as part of a vesting of share awards under the March 2018-2021 Next Long Term Incentive Plan (the "LTIP") as set out below. The shares acquired by Lord Wolfson, Mrs James and Mrs Shields must be held for a minimum period of 2 years and the shares acquired by Mr Papp must be retained for a minimum period of 6 months (as the LTIP was granted to Mr Papp prior to him being appointed an executive director).
