Annual Financial Report for year ended January 2022
including the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") - convened for
19 May 2022
The Company announces that the Annual Financial Report ("Report") for the year ended January 2022 is today being posted or otherwise made available to shareholders and published on its website, www.nextplc.co.uk.
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1 a copy of the Report together with a Form of Proxy for the 2022 AGM has been uploaded to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for viewing shortly at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
In accordance with DTR 6.3.5(1A), the regulated information required by DTR 6.3.5 is available in unedited full text within the Report as uploaded to the National Storage Mechanism and on the Company's website.
AGM
The Company's 2022 AGM will be held at the Leicester Marriott Hotel, Smith Way, Grove Park, Leicester, LE19 1SW on Thursday 19 May 2022, commencing at 9.30 am.
The Company will take into account any Government guidance or legislation in force at the time of the AGM and will implement any measures it believes necessary to protect the health and safety of attendees. Any changes to the format of the AGM will be communicated to shareholders through the Company's website and, where appropriate, by stock exchange announcement.
