Director Declaration

Norcros plc ("Norcros" or the "Group"), a market-leading designer and supplier of high quality bathroom and kitchen products in the UK, Europe and South African markets announces the following as regards Steve Good, a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Company:

· Steve resigned from his role as a Non-Executive Director of Elementis plc with effect from 30 April 2024.

· He will be appointed as Non-Executive Director, Chair Designate, of Essentra plc on 1 July 2024, becoming Chair of that company on 1 November 2024.

This announcement is made pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.14R.
