Norcros plc ("Norcros" or the "Group"), a market-leading designer and supplier of high quality bathroom and kitchen products in the UK, Europe and South African markets announces that Alison Littley, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, resigned from her role as a non-executive director of Xaar plc with effect from 30 June 2024.

This announcement is made pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.14R.
