The Company was informed on 22 December 2020, that David Downie, Senior Independent Director, had sold 10,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence each ('Ordinary Shares'), each at a price of 206 pence.
Following the sale David Downie does not have either a direct or beneficial holding in the issued share capital.
