NWF Group plc ('NWF' or 'the Group'), the specialist distributor of fuel, food and feed across the UK, announces that, in accordance with AIM Rule 17 and Schedule 2 (g) of the AIM Rules, that it has been informed by David Downie, a Non Executive Director of the Company, that Red Bean Coffee Ltd (Company Number 09439536) was placed into Creditors Voluntary Liquidation on Wednesday 14th November. Mr Downie has been a director of Red Bean Coffee Ltd since 19th May 2016.
