ISSUE OF NEW ORDINARY SHARES
The Company announces its intention to raise up to £1.1 million in the 2008/09 tax year by inviting Qualifying Shareholders (as defined in the Circular which will today be posted to Shareholders) to subscribe for new Ordinary Shares ("the Offer"). The price at which Shares will be issued under the Offer will be determined by reference to the latest published net asset value per Ordinary Share prior to allotment. It is the Company's intention that Ordinary Shares under the Offer will be allotted on a first-come, first-served basis. It is expected that the first allotment of Shares under the Offer will be made on 13 March 2009. The Offer will remain open until valid applications have been accepted for Ordinary Shares under the Offer having an aggregate value of £1.1 million or, if earlier, 12 noon on Friday 3 April 2009.
Two copies of a Circular to Shareholders in respect of the Offer have today been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility, which is situated at:
