The Board of Numis announces that today, 7 February 2023, at the 2023 AGM of the Company, shareholders approved all 12 resolutions proposed.

In accordance with the RNS released on 30 September 2022, the Board of Numis announces that Robert Sutton has today, retired as a Non-Executive Director.
