Update to Block Listing
Further to the announcement of 18 December 2017 regarding the block listing of 21,914,000 new ordinary shares of 0.1p per share ("Ordinary Shares"), Nostra Terra reports that as of today's date a further 324,000 warrants have been exercised at 3 pence per Ordinary Share and therefore there are 21,590,000 Ordinary Shares remaining under the block listing.
As a result, there are now in total 125,439,017 Ordinary Shares in issue and allotted.
