Nostra Terra (AIM:NTOG), the oil and gas exploration and production company with a portfolio of assets in the USA and Egypt, provides the following information on the acquisition and disposals of its shareholding in the ordinary shares of Magnolia Petroleum plc ("Magnolia") ("Magnolia Shares") following an investor query.
