Nostra Terra (AIM:NTOG) announces that yesterday, Matt Lofgran, the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, acquired 1.6 million ordinary shares of 0.1p ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 1.31 pence per Ordinary Share. As a result, Mr Lofgran's holding in the Company is now 5,975,976 Ordinary Shares, representing 6.25 per cent of the issued share capital (following the issue of new Ordinary Shares to the Chairman, Ewen Ainsworth, as announced on 11 October 2016). Mr. Lofgran is also interested in options over 1,080,000 Ordinary Shares as previously announced and as amended for the recent share consolidation.
