Director's Dealing
New Trend Lifestyle Group Plc, the Singapore-based Feng Shui products and services group, announces the following dealing in the Company's ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each (Ordinary Shares) by Grand Master Hillary Phang Song Hua ("Master Phang"), Chief Executive Officer.
The Company has been notified that Master Phang has today sold 30,000,000 Ordinary Shares to Bliss Season Holdings Limited for a total consideration of £195,000.
Master Phang retains a beneficial interest in 31,453,333 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 25.16 per cent. of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
Bliss Season Holdings Limited is a company which is wholly owned by Ms Tong Shyn Leng. Due to the size of this shareholding, Ms Tong Shyn Leng has entered into a Relationship Agreement with the Company and the Company's Nominated Adviser which regulates the shareholder's relationship with the Company.
Greg Collier, the Company's Chairman, commented: 'This sale of shares by Master Phang is for personal reasons, but we are assured that his commitment remains and he is focused on driving the business forward.'
