London, UK - 22nd May 2018 - NetScientific plc ("NetScientific", AIM:NSCI), the transatlantic healthcare IP commercialisation group, announces that, in accordance with AIM Rules 20 and 26, the Group's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2017 and Notice of Annual General Meeting have been sent to shareholders today and are available on the Company's website in the Investor Relations section at http://www.netscientific.net/investors.
The Annual General Meeting of the Group will be held on Thursday, 21 June 2018 at 11.00 a.m. at Ashurst LLP, Broadwalk House, 5 Appold Street, London EC2A 2AG, United Kingdom.
