Board Changes

London, UK - 31 March 2020 - NetScientific plc (AIM: NSCI), the transatlantic healthcare IP commercialisation Group, today announces planned changes to its Board of Directors.

Sir Richard Sykes will retire from the Board following nine years as Chairman. John Clarkson, currently a Non-Executive Director of the Company, will take over as the Chairman of the Board with immediate effect.

In addition, Ian Postlethwaite will retire from the Board and step down as CEO/CFO and Company Secretary following four years at Netscientific during April 2020.

It is expected that Dr. Ilian Iliev, currently a Non-Executive Director, will become a part time Executive Director and interim CEO once terms have been agreed. A further announcement will be made at this point.

Finally, it is anticipated that Stephen Crowe, currently Financial Controller, will take over as interim CFO during April 2020 once terms have been agreed.

John Clarkson, Chairman of NetScientific, said: "We would like to thank Sir Richard and Ian for their significant contributions to the Company. Sir Richard has provided great strategic insight and direction during his time on the Board as Chairman and we wish him well in the future. The Board would also like to put on record its gratitude to Ian for his commitment and leadership of Netscientific since joining in 2016, during a very challenging period and wishes him every success in his future interests."
