Notice of Annual General Meeting and Posting of Annual Report
NewRiver Retail Limited (AIM: NRR), the UK REIT specialising in value-creating retail property investment and active asset management, announces that its notice of Annual General Meeting together with the annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 March 2015 have been posted to shareholders.
The Company's AGM will be held at the offices of Eversheds LLP, One Wood Street, London, EC2V 7WS on 30 June 2015 at 3:00pm.
Copies of the notice of AGM and the annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 March 2015 are also available on the Company's website www.nrr.co.uk
