Netplay TV PLC22 December 2006 NetPlay TV plc ("the Company") Total Voting Rights and Share Capital For the purposes of the transitional provisions of the Financial ServicesAuthority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the total number of ordinaryshares of 5p of the Company in issue as at the date of this notice is 67,931,786with each share carrying the right to one vote. There are no shares held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in NetPlay TV plc is therefore 67,931,786. The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for thecalculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify theirinterest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosureand Transparency Rules.
