Directors Dealing
The Company has been informed that the Andrew Lapping, Non-Executive Director, has today traded in the Company's ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
Mr Lapping purchased 144,000 ordinary shares at 10.45 pence per share into his Self-Invested Personal Pension (SIPP). Mr Lapping now directly holds 1,288,898 ordinary shares and 1,226,737 ordinary shares in his SIPP. The Hamilton Portfolio Limited and Northern Edge Limited, both companies of which Mr Lapping is a director, have interests in 1,247,026 and 732,828 ordinary shares in the Company respectively. Mr Lapping therefore has an aggregate beneficial interest of 4,495,489 ordinary shares representing 1.52% of the issued share capital and Total Voting Rights of the Company.
