Director Dealing
The Company was informed today that Andrew Christopher Lapping sold 2,500,000 ordinary shares of 1p each at an average price of 16.9p per share. In addition Mr Lapping's Self Invested Personal Pension (SIPP) sold 800,000 ordinary shares of 1p each at an average price of 16.9p per share.
Mr Lapping now directly holds 6,870,398 ordinary shares and 346,237 ordinary shares in his SIPP. The Hamilton Portfolio Limited and Northern Edge Limited, both companies of which Mr Lapping is a director, have interests in 997,026 and 721,523 ordinary shares in the Company respectively. Mr Lapping therefore has an aggregate beneficial interest of 8,935,184 ordinary shares representing 3.1% of the issued share capital and Total Voting Rights of the Company. Mr Lapping also has 500,000 vested options over ordinary shares.
