Director Dealing
The Company was informed on 18 June 2015 that Andrew Lapping, a non-executive director of the Company, bought 175,000 ordinary shares at 8.4 pence per share.
Mr Lapping now directly holds 1,288,898 ordinary shares and 832,737 ordinary shares in his SIPP. The Hamilton Portfolio Limited and Northern Edge Limited, both companies of which Mr Lapping is a director, have interests in 1,247,026 and 421,523 ordinary shares in the Company respectively. Mr Lapping therefore has an aggregate beneficial interest of 3,790,184 ordinary shares representing 1.28% of the issued share capital and Total Voting Rights of the Company. Mr Lapping also had 500,000 vested options over ordinary shares.
