BOND OFFERING BY MYRIAD INTERNATIONAL HOLDINGS B.V. ("MIH B.V.")
Naspers announced today that its wholly-owned subsidiary, MIH B.V., is exploring the possibility of a bond offering by meeting investors on a roadshow. Proceeds from the offering, if completed, are expected to be used for general corporate purposes, including future acquisitions and the repayment of existing credit facilities.
