External Auditor Appointment
nmcn Plc ("the Company") announces that following a competitive audit tender process conducted in compliance with EU Audit Regulations and best practice guidelines, it has appointed Ernst & Young LLP as its external auditor with immediate effect, following BDO LLP's resignation as external auditor to nmcn Plc with effect from 30 July 2020. In accordance with s.520 of the Companies Act 2006, the Company has sent a letter to its Shareholders providing them with a copy of the requisite statement from BDO LLP confirming that there are no reasons or matters connected with their ceasing to hold office as Auditor which they consider should be brought to the attention of members or creditors of the Company. In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, a copy of the letter has been submitted to the UK Listing Authority via the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
