Issue of equity
Nektan plc (AIM: NKTN), a leading international B2B gaming solutions and services provider, confirms that it has received a notice of exercise to convert £200,000 in principal amount of Series A Fixed Rate Secured Loan Notes 2020. The conversion price is 34.375p and therefore application has been made for 581,818 new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will become effective, and dealings will commence at 8.00 a.m. on 5 May 2017.
The 581,818 new ordinary shares will on Admission rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary share capital of the Company.
Following Admission, the Company's enlarged issued share capital will comprise 34,318,928 ordinary shares, with voting rights. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury, therefore the total number of ordinary shares in the Company with voting rights will be 34,318,928. This figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
