Total Voting Rights Update

In accordance with the requirements of the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, NIOX Group plc (the "Company") (AIM: NIOX) confirms that, following the exercise of options over a total of 81,781 Ordinary Shares of 0.08p ("Ordinary Shares") by certain employees under the Company's share option schemes during the month, the Company's issued share capital consists of 424,127,241 Ordinary Shares in issue, each carrying one voting right. No shares are held in treasury.

Admission of the new Ordinary Shares issued during the month has in each case been satisfied via the block listing for the relevant option scheme.

The above figure of 424,127,241 shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest, or a change to their interest, in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
