Notification of a transaction by a Person Closely Associated ("PCA") with Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR")
Oxford, UK - 28 October 2024: NIOX Group plc (AIM: NIOX) announces that it was today notified that Christopher Mills, a PCA of Nicholas Mills (Non-Executive Director), purchased 8,064 Ordinary Shares in the Company on 24 October 2024 at a price of £0.652 per Ordinary Share.
Following this purchase, Nicholas Mills' total reportable shareholding in the Company is 130,018 Ordinary Shares (including those held by PCAs). This equates to 0.03% of the voting rights of the Company.
