TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL
In conformity with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, we would like to notify the market of the following:
Nichols plc's capital consists of 36,968,772 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 10p each ('Ordinary Shares'). Nichols Plc holds 122,600 Ordinary Shares in Treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Nichols Plc is 36,846,172.
The figure 36,846,172 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Nichols Plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
