Inter Link Foods PLC16 April 2007 For immediate release 13 April 2007 Inter Link Foods plc Further re directorate change On 10 January 2007, Inter Link Foods plc (the "Company") announced that BrendanHynes would be joining the Company from Nichols plc ("Nichols") as FinanceDirector in March, following completion of the year end audit of Nichols.Nichols announced its preliminary results statement on 15 March 2007 and shortlyafterwards announced that it was in preliminary discussions regarding a possibleoffer for the entire issued share capital of Nichols. At the request of MrHynes, the Company has agreed to defer the commencement of his appointment forthe time being. The Company appointed an interim financial management team several weeks ago andthey have agreed to remain in place until after Mr Hynes has joined the Company.This will ensure that financial continuity is maintained.
