Brendan Hynes The Board is delighted to announce that with immediate effect Brendan has beenappointed as the Group's Chief Executive. Brendan joined the Board of Nicholsplc as Group Finance Director in 2002, having previously been Group FinanceDirector of William Baird plc and KPS plc. The Board has already commenced the process to recruit a new Group FinanceDirector. John Nichols The Board is also pleased to report it has accepted John's request to move fromExecutive Chairman to Non-executive Chairman of the PLC Board. John will remain as Executive Chairman until a new Finance Director has beenappointed and both he and Brendan have settled into their new roles. This islikely to be early in 2008.
