In ourSoft Drinks Operation, April was a particularly strong month and in DispenseSystems, the integration of Cariel Soft Drinks, acquired in April, into ourexisting Scottish-based Cabana business is progressing well and according toplan". "On 19 March 2007, Nichols PLC announced it was in preliminary discussionsregarding the possibility of an offer for the entire issued and to be issuedshare capital of the Company.
