SG Issuer hereby announces that is has requested the delisting of the below Notes:

- Series 68854EN/15.7, Tranche 1, ISIN:  JE00BZ3DNS98

currently admitted to listing on the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority ("Official List") and to request the cancellation of the trading of the Notes on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange ("LSE").

Application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority for the Notes to be removed from the Official List and to the LSE for trading of the Notes to be cancelled with effect from 26/11/2018.

The cancellation of the listing and of trading of the Notes on the LSE is expected to take effect at or about 8:00a.m on 26/11/2018.

The Issuer hereby requests the cancellation of the listing of the Notes on the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to cancel trading on the Regulated Market of the London Stock Exchange with effect from 26/11/2018.
