Nightcap (AIM: NGHT), the owner of The Cocktail Club, the Adventure Bar Group and the Barrio Familia group of bars, announces that it received notification on 14 March 2022 that Jim Robertson, Managing Director of Barrio Familia Group and a person discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR") purchased 111,484 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 14 March 2022 at a price of 15 pence per Ordinary Share.
The FCA notification, made in accordance with the requirements of the UK Market Abuse Regulation is appended further below.
