Notice to ETP Securityholders of the Series of the ETP Securities listed in Schedule 1 thereto (the "Relevant Series")

Capitalised terms used, but not defined, in this notice shall have the meaning given thereto in the Base Prospectus in relation to the Leverage Shares plc collateralised exchange traded securities programme dated 16 May 2022.

Notice is hereby given to the holders of the Relevant Series that the deadline for receipt of voting instructions with respect to the adjourned ETP Securityholder meetings for each of the Relevant Series to be held on 13 December 2022, will be extended until 12 noon Irish time on Monday, December 12th.
