NOTIFICATION AND PUBLIC DISCLOSURE OF TRANSACTIONS BY PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND PERSONS CLOSELY ASSOCIATED WITH THEM
The Company announces that on Thursday 30 July 2020 the following performance share awards (“Awards”) over ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each in the capital of the Company (“Ordinary Shares”) were granted under the Company’s share plans to persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR"):
