Nexus Infrastructure plc (AIM: NEXS), announces that it has received notification that Simon Gallagher, Managing Director, eSmart Networks Ltd, purchased 4,337 Ordinary Shares in the Company on 12th August 2019. Mr Gallagher's total interest in the Company is now 31,501 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.31% of the total voting rights of the Company.
