Nexus Infrastructure plc (AIM:NEXS), a leading provider of essential infrastructure solutions, has been notified that, Dawn Hillman, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, has purchased 8,601 ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £1.735 per Ordinary Share (the "Purchase"). Following the Purchase, Dawn Hillman's shareholding, and that of connected persons, stands at 40,621 Ordinary Shares in Nexus, which represents 0.45% of Nexus' total voting rights.
