Further to media reports, the Board of Newcourt confirms that it is in discussions with a consortium of investors, led by Philip Marley, a director of Newcourt, regarding their acquisition of Ely Property Group Limited, a subsidiary of Newcourt.
There can be no certainty that a transaction will be completed. A further announcement will be made in due course.
