Director Resignation
NetDimensions (AIM: NETD), a provider of performance, knowledge and learning management systems, reports that its CFO Jeffery Cheung has given notice to the Board of his intention to resign after the yearend. He will continue to act in his current role until January 2010, when he will hand over to a new CFO.
The Board would like to thank Jeffery for his nine years of service at the company, especially his implementation of robust financial procedures and his extensive involvement in guiding the Company through a successful IPO in May 2007.
Jay Shaw CEO commented: "Jeffery will be missed by NetDimensions, but we understand that for personal reasons it is time for him to move on and are grateful that he will remain with the Company until the year end and can help introduce the new CFO to the role. Jeffery may well continue to work with NetDimensions in a consulting capacity after the hand-over and we look forward to that."
NetDimensions will make a further announcement when a successor to Jeffery Cheung has been appointed, but he will continue in his current role until January 2010.
