Cyntergy Meets Stringent Customer Training Requirements with NetDimensions' EKP LMS

Hong Kong, December 23, 2009 -- NetDimensions (London Stock Exchange, AIM: NETD), a global provider of performance, knowledge and learning management systems, announced today that Cyntergy has implemented the Enterprise Knowledge Platform (EKP) LMS to deliver its IT Training and e-learning services.

Cyntergy's customers needed a scalable, reliable LMS that enables the rapid deployment of learning content to large and distributed target audiences globally. Cyntergy was also looking for a system that can accurately record user activity and had the ability to extract reports quickly and easily.

"For example, it helped us address a recent training challenge where we needed to deliver custom CBT in Mexican Spanish and English to thousands of seasonal users in different time zones across the USA and Mexico."

Reducing Cost of Management and Delivery of Training

"EKP gives us the ability to manage employee skills sets so that our customers can quickly identify employees that have been cross-trained and can work in more than one outlet type (e.g. Food Services or Retail).
