AMENDMENT

This announcement replaces that of 16:19 on 3 November 2008 (RNS number 3277H). The replacement is to reflect the fact that the issued share capital consists of 65,850,937 ordinary shares (excluding shares held in treasury) and not 65,350,937 ordinary shares.

Netcall plc confirms that, on 31 October 2008, its issued share capital consisted of 65,850,937 ordinary shares of 5p with voting rights in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). On that date, 500,000 shares were held in treasury and are not included in the above figure.

The above figure (65,850,937) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Netcall plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
